In it’s stock form the Gaggia MD15 is a good grinder, but it could use a little help achieving the perfect grind size for coffee’s that require very fine-grinding. Especially when not using a pressurized portafilter like the one that comes with the Gaggia Classic E24.
This shim mod helps you achieve just that, by raising the burr, allowing you to have even more control of the grind size. It’s a must-have mod to this grinder, in our opinion.
