The Gaggia MD15 uses stainless steel conical burrs to grind by gravity, minimizing overheating so your beans keep their natural oils and aroma intact. With 15 grind settings, you can dial in everything from fine espresso to coarser filter coffee, and the built-in digital timer lets you grind pre-set quantities at the touch of a button for consistent results every time.

Its 300g bean hopper holds a full bag of beans, while the removable 150g ground coffee container lets you dispense straight into a filter or slide your portafilter underneath for a mess-free workflow. It’s especially well suited to pressurized and “crema perfetta” baskets, making it a natural companion to Gaggia’s own espresso machines — though it works just as well for everyday pour-over and filter brewing.
